Best consulate we have been to. Staff is super friendly and very low key. No chip on their shoulder, even the Consul General for this location was rather professional and courteous. They work with you to get you to where you need to be.

Don't bother with this consolute, try the one in Barcelona. The woman I spoke to didn't have a clue on what to do when my passport got stolen. She was rude and just hung up on me when she didn't know what to do.

Sehr nettes Team, steht jederzeit hilfreich zur Verfügung. Der Konsul lässt allerdings Termine grundlos mehrmals verschieben (auch sehr kurzfristig). Aufgrund der fehlenden Ausweichmöglichkeiten für einen Rückreiseausweis muss man das aber akzeptieren, was die Situation unangenehm macht. Lieber Konsul: Bitte nehmen Sie sich ein Beispiel an Ihrem Team!
