This place is amazing! We were craving oysters, and found this spot because of all the great reviews. The service was amazing, the wine was great, and we’re still talking about the food. We both had the Menu Bordeaux with oysters, ceviche, steak, and dessert. Every bite was full of flavor, and thoughtfully done!

I'm so glad we skipped the oyster bar in the old town to go to De Claire Oyster Bar. We had a dozen of two types of oysters which were incredible...good tasting, soft and silky and wonderful bread to go with it. We also had the scallops which were a real treat...fresh and the salsa was out of this world. The artichoke salad and pear tartin were also exceptional. So far, I give this restaurant my highest rating in Valencia both in quality and service. Thank you De Clair Oyster Bar.

We loved it. The Speciale de Claire oysters were some of the best I have ever had. We initially ordered half dozen and then decided to order another half since they were so good. We also had the Solomillo Irlandés con foie fresco, which was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend De Claire Oyster Bar. It was our favorite restaurant in Valencia.
