Went there to put in a job app. It was the first time in that building but it was a very nice place and the receptionist was very nice.

HORRIBLE . They also gave me a quote and i sent the units in perfect condition of my regulators and they said it was damaged when nothing was wrong with it. They do have lots of excuses. It also took nearly a month for my units to come back to me. My regs was brand new and HRD said they had to be over hould. My guess is that they're technicians are the ones who damaged my units. And to top it off, when i finally received my units. I received them with low pressure that led to leakage. And some of my parts i know was replaced. My hi and low outlets where different from what ive sent. Very unprofessional and so much money i spent down the drain. I specifically said on the paperwork NOT to over haul anything and HRD still did so.

I was absolutely deceived from the beginning. They gave me a quote. Upon receipt of my part they said I needed work done that was not needed. This part was inspected by an IA prior to shipment to them, it was in excellent condition. They didn't get the part to UPS for prompt shipping as promised. This is a bate and switch company that tries to run up the bill after they receive your part. They always have an excuse for everything that went wrong.I would urge you not to get caught up with company.
