there was only one person behind the counter and poor him was so busy dealing with many clients at the same time. He was very polite and friendly, but I wonder how come he was left alone on a Saturday afternoon in the centre... the place was unattended with no serviettes because of lack of staff....His manager should plan the rotas properly....
