This is the most amazing place to eat and the service was good too. Honestly, this is in my top 10 restaurants of all time. The fusion of Spanish and Japanese was unique. Who would have thought that these two cuisines could be fused in such a powerful and tasty way. Please try the rose foam and lychee granita with raspberries - it was a taste sensation. Some restaurants are great, this one takes the cake...excuse the pun!

Standard lunch menu was good, decent portions imaginatively put together. However, chicken was not thoroughly cooked in final dish.

Fusion cuisine is hot in Valencia. This is yet another example. Minimalistic white space decorated only with a few paintings that remind me of the street art in the city, but a bit too much light. Staff speaks limited to no English, but they are very friendly. With regard to the menu... We dined here even though the restaurant is famed for the inexpensive set lunch menus. Good sign is the limited number of dishes made with due care and creative touch. We ordered tuna tataki, deconstructed chicken croquet (to my taste too salty), Thai burgers (delicious), seafood green curry (very tasty), famed Iberian pork slivers with wasabi mash (too salty and dry), and coconut-chocolate-curry dessert (fun and tasty). All in all a nice tasty experience with a few 'buts'. Also a bit steep pricing. Next time lunch?!

There's just one menu - but that's not a problem at all, because the food is incredible! We booked a table for a Tuesday lunch (without booking, you might not find a table!) and we were presented with a menu composed of four dishes, and they were all very delicate and tasteful. Two menus (14 EUR each) 2 glasses of wine (2,5 EUR each) was a bargain! Strongly suggested for couples - the place is small, and because there's just a fixed menu I suggest to avoid going with kids.

Book in advance: always full. Perfect: only had a chance to have a fixed lunch there, but what a lunch! Four courses. Each one complementing the other starting with a peanut soup with potato foam, deliciously tender squid with quinoa, a heart warming ratatouille with filo pastry and surprisingly concentrated fragrant cauliflower cream. And the final act: duck breast slices on top of a volcano of fragrant and expertly spiced up steamed veggies. It is outrageous that such an amazing experience sets you back less than 10 pounds.

Best restaurant we visited in Valencia. Menu del dia 15, & 5 courses! quality exceptional. It really makes me question every other restaurant in Valencia that does a set lunch menu for 13-15 & serve 3 courses that usually includes a dubious paella. Go to Delicat but book 1st.

Great friendly place food modern tapas with a Asian flavour as good as I've tasted in Malaysia

Delicious Asian fusion tapas. Not your typical patatas bravas joint. I recommend the “Iberian pork secret” (apparently its best kept secret), it was simply delicious. The service was friendly.
