Very good menu which was served at a pretty high pace. They received their 2nd Michelin star and I can see why. Good story behind the produce used. Combinations are very good, original and doing right to the product. The 'full' menu is a bit much. Staff is quick and observant playing by the 'rules' how things should be done. Sommelier took good care of me as well and served - on request - only Spanish wines. Real treat, don't eat too much in advance and make a reservation especially during end week / weekend. Of course there is a Dutch guy working in the kitchen as well ;-) - impressive to see his accomplishment -
