We had the best overall experience with Schmidt. Hector Terol was our sales person. He was professional from beginning to the end of our project. We first met with Hector after coming out of covid lockdown. The store followed all protocols for in-person meetings. Within a week of meeting with Hector, he gave us a great design plan. Later he came to our apartment and took measurements. He also recommended a contractor for our job, who we did use for our project. Hector and the contractor worked together to give us exactly what we wanted in our new kitchen. Schmidt had great pricing for cabinets and all the appliances. We liked the option of one stop shopping. Hector came by at the completion of the project to followup and make sure everything was satisfactory. His customer service was amazing. We love our new kitchen! If you are looking to do a kitchen remodel, I highly recommend Hector and Schmidt.
Great service from Mr Héctor Terol . Helps that he’s fluent in English. The quality of the finished product was better then what I had envisioned. There’s an incredible amount of cabinet and counter top choices in the showroom . It’s easy n complete . We didn’t have to go to all kinds of showroom to finish the kitchen n wardrobes . Definitely recommend!
Encantada con mi nueva cocina. Héctor no paró hasta que cubría todas mis necesidades y mi estilo, siempre aconsejando sobre la mejor funcionalidad y la imagen. Montaje en plazo y con flexibilidad a mi disponibilidad. Profesionalidad y empatía con el cliente. Sin duda volvería a confiar en esta tienda y su equipo.
