I had a really bad experience with this establishment, the main reason is the poor treat of the receptionist at the entrance. The break point was that they do not provide you with key information about the capacity of the pool. Therefore they do not allow you to enter even if you already spend 30 min reaching the place(which I was visiting for over a month already) and they do not give you other solutions like wait until is a bit empty they just tell you to come another day. Very disappointed and the sad part is that there are some nice employees at the pool that are very nice. Nonetheless the lack of professionalism of the receptionists is something I do not tolerate.

Gym is fine so far. Could be much cleaner. Biggest complaint, no drinking fountain. Be sure to carry a large bottle of water from home or you'll have to buy a standard one for a euro. Very crowded but many new machines. First time I've seen a gym in Spain with so many young selfies teens. I've done one spinning class that was very annoying at first with the different colors flashing nonstop, I hope that's not the norm because you'll get a seizure. Standard workout. Yet to try the pool, the main reason I switched from my other gym. We'll see how the rest goes!

Please consider :The rude receptionist that did not allowed to look into in before took Abonnenten, had no idea of any English language and no attention at all, the gym its great, a lot of space to share, brand new training machines, variety of activities and really clean.The cleaning ladies are wiping, cleaning all the time .

We asked to look round. No attempt to speak to us in English. Very rude tour and receptionist giggled at me when she closed barrier gate too quickly so I got caught in it. Outrageous tour. Unfriendly and completely indifferent to us.

Es mi gimnasio habitual. Hoy, al entrar, me han denegado la entrada por aforo completo. Al salir dos chicas, le he preguntado si podría esperarme a que se vaciara, a lo que me ha respondido que me esperara media hora si quería. Mientras manteníamos la conversación, han entrado dos personas más. Creía que el aforo por COVID, no discriminaba por la cuota que pagaras. Ahora veo que sí.

Llevo un año y medio en este gimnasio, casi desde su apertura en 2019, y no puedo quejarme de nada. Los monitores son majísimos y hacen que des todo de ti Me encanta los grandes ventanales en la sala fitness, y el espacio tan amplio tanto en las salas de actividades así como el espacio en los vestuarios. Además, las máquinas están en muy buen estado y siempre limpias. Lo dejo únicamente por la imposibilidad de desplazarme hasta Valencia. Echaré de menos venir aquí cada semana.
