I came to buy a charging cable for my Polar Vantage-V Watch and found a friend. Victor had only one cable with his last watch but being an athlete himself he understood how stuck I was being in Valencia as a tourist who forgot his charging cable back home. He called his supplier who said they could only send him the cable with a minimum order of 300. He ordered something else and added the cable I needed but did not make me wait fir the delivery. He sold me the one he had with the watch. That’s outstanding service and customer care. I will be able to continue training while visiting Valencia thanks to Victor.

Professionalism and efficiency. The team managed to handle outstanding a corporate service request (25 bikes). The communication and follow up are top to none and the entire team couldn't be more helpful and obliging. Great store, I bought my first BMC RoadMachine from them, got a 10% discount and a lot of support. Very nice staff who spoke very good English. They answered all my questions and provided a lot of advises, and helped me get the best deal. I am in love with this bike and I owe it to these guys. Best value for the money.

Excelentes profesionales, trato serio y honesto y además son unos tíos fenomenales. Conmigo han tenido muchísima paciencia, me han adaptado la bici a mi medida, no pueden ser más amables.
Hasta el momento, es mi tienda favorita de bicis en Valencia. El trato es inigualable, me sentí como en casa con el excelente servicio de sus vendedores. Además, todos sus productos son de alta calidad y responden a nuestras necesidades para salir a pedalear. Es de las pocas veces en que me he sentido a gusto sin que me menosprecien por ser mujer y buscar asesoría.

Llevo mi bicicleta ahí desde hace un par de años, viniendo rebotado de otros talleres que dejas de ir por ser unos sinverguenzas y rozando el delito de la estafa. Bien, aquí siempre han sido buenos profesionales y mejores mecánicos, los chavales mecánicos que les he conocido son excelentes y nunca he tenido ningún problema con ellos. Profesionales y serviciales. Destacar la amabilidad e implicación de Victor, el que parece el responsable de la tienda, Dani es un excelente mecánico. Me pilla lejos de casa, no es cómodo para mí llegar ni aparcar, pero mientras sean así, seguiré acudiendo a ellos. EDITO DICIEMBRE 2017. Les he comprado una bicicleta ya que hasta ahora eran solo mis mecánicos el trato la implicación y el precio del sitio espectaculares no dejéis por favor de consultar por sus precios y servicios.
