I can't thank Amanda enough for her acupuncture treatment. I herniated 3 discs in my lower back in December. I've spent the last two months on and off of medication, in and out of Doctors offices, and going to numerous physical therapy sessions, without much progress. I am absolutely blown away by the amount of pain relief I've gotten from Amanda's acupuncture. Nothing I've done to treat my back has provided as much relief as she has. My back has not felt this good since before I injured it She is a healer. Thank you so much Amanda

"When was the last time you felt content with your body?" I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I started seeing Amanda for acupuncture. I had been battling with chronic pain for over a year, following what, in my mind, were two failed foot surgeries. My chronic pain was no longer limited to just my foot, but was now present throughout my entire body. When Amanda asked me this question about contentment, a light bulb went off. There had been no contentment as long as I could remember. I had been in a perpetual state of pain, stress, and fear for quite some time. Through a handful of sessions with Amanda, we worked not only on addressing my pain through physical measures, but also through giving the mind some time to relax, turn off the fight or flight mode, and express contentment for the multitude of things my body was still doing for me on a daily basis. Changing the conversation between my body and mind ended up being the key to overcoming my battle with chronic pain and Amanda is one of the few people I have to thank for helping spark that change. Amanda is truly a professional at what she does. What sets her apart - and everyone else at the Terra Health Collective - is that she genuinely cares. It's evident in each and every appointment. I can't thank her enough for the positive impact she has had on my life, nor can I recommend her strongly enough to anyone else out there who is considering acupuncture.
