Stay away if you have other options. Dr. Tewari and the office staff refused to return our calls this week regarding a medication for a baby n an NGT feeding. The pediatrician relented and did a temporary order. Then tonight in the middle of the snowstorm Dr. Tewari had the operator for the answering service tell us to go get the medication over the counter. No pharmacist with whom we have spoken with has offered that the medication is otc it is only at specialty pharmacies. If this is the best children’s hospital”/care this is pathetic. No one has bothered to return any calls all week.

Horrible - This office has no bedside manner or empathy for its patients. Just to speak to an office personnel I had to wait over 25 minutes. When I explained my wait time they were extremely dismissive. The 2 Doctors that my son did see here made sure to talk to me like I was an incompetent mother and completely downplayed the seriousness of my 4yo GI condition. If you can, go somewhere else.
The worst place ever. Doctors don't listen to anything you have to say!!! In and out of the ER with my son and they did not. I had to go to a different place where the doctors took the time to listen and help my son. He could have died because of them!!!!!!
