Rafting in Valldal is fun, safe and exciting. The people working there are good at what they do.

Four level of difficulties. It is good for couple of hours to half day trip where you can bring your own food and cook. You can also visit near by strawberry farms and buy fresh delicious strawberry. The place is great. I gave the place 4 stars for two reasons: 1. There are two toilets that are shared, and located at the entrance of the park. 2. Food are limited to snacks, coffee and Ice cream.

A great place to spend time with friends and/or family, from young to old. Activities involve, climbing, zip-lining, jumping, dangeling, all in safety of straps and hooks connected to a safety line which goes trough all courses. There are activities on the ground for people less prone to hights. Obstical course, inflated billow to jump on, bow and arrow. Tables have been scattered around a small hutt who can provide cover for the sun or rain. In front of the hutt there is s grill that can be used by anyone. I found three downsides: Prizes goes by hight, so everyone over 140cm will pay full prize. It can get pretty crowded, and wating on a platform in a tree can become a reality. They don't open the park before 11:00 (am).
