I have nothing but problems with PODS. 1. my order was delayed for 9 days from original date. 2. Order was duplicated and double charged. 3. Refund never issued for duplicate. 4. POD ID number never entered in your system upon delivery. 5. I called to find out where my refund was told it would take another 5 days due to something not being done correctly on their end. 6. I was informed that they were coming for the pick when I had never scheduled a pickup. Again I was asked for the POD ID # it was not in the system 7. Was called this morning that they were on their way to pick up even though it was cancelled yesterday and was again asked for the POD ID # as it was not in the system. I waited 3 days for someone to call

Other than the delivery driver I have nothing nice to say about this company at all. I have been hung up on lied to and overcharged. I have been waiting since November 6 to hear back from the person in charge of my, what they call “incident”. I was told I would hear back in 48 - 72 hours. I have called a number of times and I have never even spoken to this person. I called this morning and was told the person in charge of my incident was coming in at 10:00 and they would have her call me when she got in. I waited till 2:00 and decided I better call back after giving all the info again they said they would connect me to her. The phone rang a few times then a recording came on, “Due to unforeseen circumstances I can not answer the phone you will have to send me an email with your incident number. I never received my incident number so I had to call back and go through the same questions all over again. Somehow I don’t think I will be receiving a return email. It’s sad because I paid to have my POD stored with this company for 2 1/2 years at 240.00 a month and I have rented numerous PODS from them. What a way to treat your loyal customer for the last 5 years very sad!!!!!!

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS were AWESOME! Throughout ALL of the changes we made, professionalism and courtesy, were on full display! The POD Delivery service was exemplary and Rob (Valley Cottage, NY location) selflessly, lent my husband and hand closing our POD! Excellent service ALL around!!!

October 9th the pod delivery driver attempted to deliver my pod into my driveway. Instead of measuring to see if it would in fact fit he went for it and broke my fence. I've been calling pods since October 9th to get this issue resolved but to no avail. I've spoken to 5 different customer service reps he keep \updating the claim\ yet no one from the claims department has reached out to me. This is completely unacceptable. It's now 3 weeks without any resolution. I will continue to call daily till this issue gets resolved. This is why pods has an F within the bbb
