The people were nice. Not a long wait. Phlebotomist did well. Got a bill saying 100% of bill was my responsibility. Call my insurance. They never even billed my insurance. Tried to contact, straight to voice-mail mailbox full. Will never use again.

Went in for blood work there is only 1 lady working here. After I signed in the clipboard was just on the counter. Another person there looked at the sign in sheet after I signed in. There was no type of privacy. That was the first bad impression. Then the receptionist came out and there was no type of screening process for COVID. No temp test or general screening questions . She was kinda rude but understandable because she’s the only one working. I had blood drawn and the next day got a really bad bruise from it, probably because she was rushing. That’s not the reason for the one star the reason for the one star is this place doesn’t follow social distancing or sanitation. The place was packed when I was there and it made me feel like it wasn’t being properly sanitized after each person had blood drawn. I mean she used the blue arm tie on me and after she just set it down. She didn’t wipe off with Lysol or bleach. This place is definitely understaffed. I will see how the billing goes from here hopefully not as awful as others have mentioned. I really feel like this place deserves a visit from the health department and the CAL/OSHA. One worker isn’t enough to run this place I really hope something is done about these poor working conditions.

Not part of better business bureau.. over charged and quick to send you to collection. When trying to pay the bill there was never an answer and voicemail full .. I was referred by a doctor with similar last name .. then referred to a pharmacy with also similar last name.. hum?

The posted hours have changed and they did not bother to update paperwork or hours on the door. Wasted my time and gas.

I absolutely hated this experience and dealing with the billing department was a nightmare. I have been dealing with the billing department for the past few months trying to clear up some billing mistakes. The date of service was almost a year ago and I have been in contact with billing person for 4 months trying to get them to reimburse a payment that Blue Shield said they paid to the office. I got check numbers and the date the labs cashed the check. After calling them with this information on Friday they said that would get back to me because “Friday’s were there billing days” I called them Monday, Tuesday, and then on Wednesday I finally was able to get this cleared up…kinda. Called them in the morning around 9am and was told she would look into it…I actually had to call her same day at 4:30pm (30 minutes before they closed) to check it she found the check in there systems or not. "Yes we found it…blah blah so we can issue an automatic refund on the card…oh no sorry the system won’t let me do the refund so I have to get the owner to write a refund check unfortunately i know that the owner only writes checks once a week and I don’t know what day that is.” Ugh seriously! We did get out money back but the office biller is slow and not efficient enough to run an office of this size. If they had read to original paperwork the insurance sent them with the check this could have been avoided period.
