My 16x8 door decided to have issues. Coming off track bending cables. Door was always jerky when opening and closing. Called mark and he came out next day. He did a awesome job. Realigned door, replaced cables, adjusted belt on opener. Now the door opens and closes smooth as glass. I will have mark on speed dial for all my garage door needs

I managed to shut our double garage door on my wife’s SUV trunk door and the garage door rebound didn’t work. After some terrible sounds the car won and broke the garage door and we couldn’t open it at all and the car was trapped inside. This happened at 5pm and thought getting it looked at that night was a long shot. Mark was able to come by that night and get it working (not ideally but usable) and came back two days later and replaced several parts that have it working better than it ever has. Prices were very reasonable and I can tell he’s an honest businessman and hard worker. The benefit of going through a smaller company is you know who’s going to show up and you know that person is an expert not some new hire that is learning the trade. Will definitely use him again for garage door needs. Thanks Mark!

Mark was a pleasure to have work on my broken spring. He came out right away and found that the incorrect weight of spring was installed and called to verify what he thought was the correct weight. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness. I will definitely be using Mark Mathews Enterprises again! Even a pandemic can't stop Mark! I found my forever garage door dude!

I Called Mark on one of the coldest days of the winter and told him that my garage door was not working and that I did not expect him to come out that day ...but when weather permitted asked if he could come and take a look at it. He Informed me that he was close by at another job and he could be over shortly to look at it. He had the parts and fixed it within an hour of me calling! I was so impressed by his customer service, I referred him to a friend the next day. He is friendly , reliable, prompt and provides great service at a very reasonable price!! 5 stars for this company!!!
