Had a good experience here with Joni working on my mortgage refi. I studied Finance and have worked in the financial industry for most of my career, and I have pretty high expectations of other professionals in the industry that in the past have not always been met. I chose this lender because they had the best combination of rates and costs for my loan, and he was very forthcoming with the data points and made it easy for me to compare as I was shopping. Pleasant to work with, patient, good at explaining the process steps without condescending, and it was very convenient in these days of COVID to sign all the docs online and only do a short session with the notary for the wet signatures.
