Wonderful people, and they go above and beyond. I will give a brief detail on my visit: I had a late appointment and was going to be the last person the doctor saw that day, but, an elderly man who needed more time and help from the doctor had come in. The doctor knowing his time was limited was economical about his time and was able to take care of me and also the other patient. The office management personnel apologized profusely for making me wait an extra five minutes, and explained that the doctor had chose to help someone in need. All I can say about that is, if it had been me in need, I know now that this team of fantastic kind community oriented people would make sure my needs were addressed and would do whatever they could to see to that. If I could give them more stars I would.

I purchased a pair of Progressive Transition glasses. They came in within a week. When I went in to get them it was busy so I was assisted by someone that I can only assume is either new or it's not something she normally does. After a couple.of Her attempts to get them fitted to me, She was standing, I was sitting, I told her they just didn't feel comfortable. Her response was \ It just might take some getting used to\. I've worn glasses 50 years so I know a good Fit & this was not it. I went home & by the next morning my eyes were so strained & I wasn't able to see the words on My computer so back to the optician I go (I had to have someone drive me because my eyes were hurting so bad). This time I was helped by an Older Lady & She was able to work until the fit was PERFECT. She had to make several adjustments including putting on new ear pieces & kept manipulating the frame until they felt just right. The fact that She was not only patient in understanding how important a good Fit was but also very diligent in making sure I was happy. I'm typing this review.on my phone & I wouldn't have been able to do that without this wonderful Employee being diligent & Kind. That's why it's 5 Stars instead of the 1 they would have received if I were basing this on the first employee that \Helped\ me.
