From the minute they called me to schedule my ultra sound appointment, to checking in and getting seen was a 5 star experience. Had no wait time was taken back within minutes and Andrea the ultra sound tech was very friendly and knowledgeable she made me feel very comfortable. It’s hard to come across genuine people who love what they do and Andrea definitely seems to enjoy her job.

Absolutely the loveliest appointment! From scheduling, checking in and my visit. Perfection! I was treated so kindly and was made to feel at ease with each step of my appointment. Horrible experience with this office and will never come back. I rarely write reviews but I am absolutely upset with this office. As of yesterday, 12/15/20 I received a phone call from this office saying I have a balance for my visit back in 03/26/20. I went in there for my first trimester ultrasound in March. Because of the pandemic, I did not get to see the doctor but a “consultation” phone call with doctor regarding the ultrasound results instead. I came in the second time for the anatomy ultrasound visit in May and found out I had an outstanding balance. I called the billing department because I had questions regarding what I was getting charged for. She assured me that I wasn’t getting charged for the phone call. Here I am, getting charged for that phone call a total of 433 for 30 mins, after insurance adjustment my part is 128. Does that mean if that phone call lasted 60mins, I would be billed 866 for? As for my second visit, I was never given the results of my fetal’s anatomy ultrasound. I had to ask my OB to get the results from them. Thanks god I did, who knows I could have been charged for the phone call if their doctor called me for the results. The one thing I appreciate is Vicky at the billing department. Although, she couldn’t resolve the problem, she was really nice and polite.
Really nice staff. Efficient check in process, can be done on your phone ahead of time, which I love. They made some really great efforts to have those waiting space out during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they asked us to wear masks. The ultrasound technician was extremely professional and sweet as we discovered we are having twins at 20 weeks! I would recommend this office to others. I had to change my care team so I needed to cancel future appointments and they were really nice about it. I was sad to have to cancel them and if I would ask for a referral to them if my new doctors office has to refer me out of their office.
