On January 7th of this year my mother bought a hot tub to replace the previous one that my parents had owned for 25 years. As of last week- the first week of May the hot tub has completely malfunctioned and has become unusable. The owner of Valley Spa- Bill, is now giving them the run around and refusing to help even though they paid 6000 for it less than 5 months ago. And again their previous hot tub lasted 25 years- they are experienced owners who took such amazing care of their last hot tub that they got almost 3 decades out of it. Valley Spas should be ashamed.
