On April 4, 2017 my husband was admitted to Clinica Valparaiso with severe pain. Although we do not speak Spanish, all the staff were so kind and patient with us and there was even a translation program to help. Dr. Rodrigo quickly diagnosed a kidney stone and arranged a urulogist to do surgery later that night. All the nurses in Emergency were efficient but Constanza (I hope I spelled her name right) was so supportive and once my husband went to surgery, she made sure a taxi was arranged for me to return to the hotel. A nursing instructor on the inpatient unit even drew me a map to the closest Pharmacy so I could get the prescription filled. After an overnight stay, and only because of everyone's efforts, we were able to embark on our scheduled cruise the next day. I do not believe we could have had any better care in Canada and we are both thankful to all the doctors and nurses at Clinica Valparaiso.

Mucho desorden para entrar, gran cantidad de gente, una entrada sin control. Lenta atención y gran aglomeración. Aforo máximo 41 personas habiendo más en sala. Por otro lado no cuenta con atención telefónica para realizar consultas directamente, lo cual obliga asistir de manera presencial aumentando la aglomeración.
Reservas una hora con semanas de anticipación. Te llaman todos los días insistentemente para confirmar que asistirás y para que llegues al menos 30 minutos antes. Sin embargo el día de la cita médica, y cuando ya estás ahí, te indican que están sobrevendidos y que debes esperar mínimo 2 horas para que te atiendan.
Pésima atención, muy lento
El personal es muy amable, menos el guardia del estacionamiento, gentiles y dispuestos a colaborar y resolver las dudas. No tiene estacionamiento para pacientes. No estoy seguro que se pueda definir como Clínica, cuando te internas debes llevar desde la toalla, útiles de aseo, etc , nunca nos habían pedido ese tipo de cosas, normalmente es muda de ropa y pijama. La habitación amplia, limpia. Problema, el acompañante no tiene dónde pasar la noche cómodamente, solo un sillón, le falta el Servicio de de cama para el acompañante.
Está un poco desordenado en cuanto a sus servicios (horas no agendadas y cosas así)
Pésima atención,estuve media hora y algo esperando que me atiendan para comprar el bono y perdí la hora para mi exámen...he estado en muchas clínicas y esta es la peor...muy lenta la atención. Tiempo perdido
