Great view from the room, clean beds. Old fashioned building but is kept clean. Makes you feel happy you chose the right place.
Although the service is superb, and the welcome was very good; the sleep quality was not good. A guy came drunk at 5am shouting and making noise. I know an hotel can't manage all the visitor's behaviour, but somehow a great hotel would manage this issue quick and sharp to ensure the rest of all the guests.
High up the hill. A bit old fashion but very charming. Great view over the city, clean rooms, wonderful staff
Great location and great place to stay. The owner was also really helpful with items we had forgotten. Located on top the city.
Did not sleep. The noise outside was so bad... And random. Dogs barking conversation, roosters cokadoodling at 3am, cats fighting. It was as though they took turns all night long. The windows were not sound proof at all. Staff are nice though.
Fantastique emplacement and view. Awesome service. The owner is very welcoming and he will talk to you about historical events and where the hotel comes from. The breakfeast is also very good. Nice variety of food. A lot of touristic information at the desk if you need any idea for what to do in Valapraíso. My best experience in a hotel so far.
