Super friendly staff & great prices! Our Amana finally quit after 30 years & after all the horror stories from friends & family about new washers only lasting 2 years we wanted to buy a good older machine. They have them here. We are thrilled with the knowledgeable staff & will hopefully get another 20 years out of our new/used washer. Thank you! I highly recommend for washer & dryer sales, parts and service!

Would not waste time with these people! They say \they buy appliances\, but every time I have brought them to them, they have not bought ANY I brought! Their prices are RIDICULOUS on the ones they sell, and you can find them for 1/2 the price by simply looking on market place or a yard sale app! Simply put it again, A WASTE OF TIME!!!

Taylor and his employees go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to A customer service. I purchased my Whirpool washer in March just after the Pandemic hit. It has been a great washer, but the agitator started running a bit rough. I called Taylor at Affordable Appliances, and he explained in simple terms, that it was probably an easy fix, involving replacing the dogs inside the agitator. He understood my financial situation, and that I shouldn’t have to spend money on an expensive repair. He assured me I could probably fix this myself. I was able to do so for the most part, I purchased the package of plastic dog pieces at Affordable Appliances for a minimal charge; then he walked me through the directions for installation. After several attempts, shared photos, some frustrating phone calls, and with his kind patience and supervision, together and with the help of his employees too we were able to get my washer up and running once again. What sweet relief! I highly recommend this business to everyone who is looking for good used appliances. Thank you, Taylor! You were a life saver.

I had A small issue with my stove/oven, so I called. The guy I spoke with was extremely helpful and actually seem like the type of guy you’d like to hang out with outside of the business, he pointed me in the right direction, and actually went out of his way to help me with the solution. I had a very pleasant experience. I will gladly do business with this company again! In fact my dryer just went out, so I’m waiting for them to open for more advice. Hopefully the part is in stock!
