Very rude old man. Not professional at all!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The technician came out promptly and stated that a call out fee would start at 65. He was on site within an hour and did some troubleshooting on my washer for about 45 minutes. He said the issue could be one of a few different causes, the first starting around 100, but couldn't guarantee that it would fix it. Charged me 105 and left with no resolution to my issue.
