No follow-up on an issue I have been trying to get fixed since 3/2019, it is now July 25th. I have left several messages with the manager and secretary trying to get North Star Stone to come out and fix a mistake they made. Very poor on communication now that they have been paid.
They never call you back, they messed up our fireplace and won’t come back to fix it. We’ve already paid and we’ve called and called and called, no one ever responds. I would never recommend them to anyone. It’s been months and they still haven’t fixed or finished our fireplace.
Horrible communication, low quality work, left a mess when they were done. Save yourself the headache and use another company!
John did an excellent job in matching our existing fireplace stone and meeting our specific requirements. His crew leader Carlos and his team did a great job installing the stone and making sure we were satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them.
