Have the gas account for over 28 years.and get my 1st late fee. Mailed out 4 days before due date. The new bill does not show when received. Must be the snail mail!! C. L.

Totally negligent! Their customer service is the worst there could possibly be. We were sent paperwork during the pandemic to break up our balance once we were back to work and able to pay the bill. We filled everything out and sent it back. They verified that they received the forms and no payment was due at that time. That was in May. Fast forward, August 12. I come home from work and our gas has been turned off. No notice. No bill. No warning. No phone call. My husband called this morning (August 13th) The woman he spoke to, Remeeka, told him that it is noted that they did receive the payment plan forms but nothing had been further done with them. THATS NOT OUR PROBLEM! That was their job to finish on their end. When he asked her why we had not received a bill, she could not explain. We could not even view our bill online to see why our bill was even as high as it was. No explanation about anything further. She refused to correct THEIR mistake. We had to pay the bill in full just so we could get someone to come out and turn it back on without even being able to questing the amount because we don’t have a bill to look at and can’t access it online. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. I’ll be making sure to look at investing in all electric appliances as well. I don’t want to deal with this horrendous company any longer
They charge 15/monthly just for you to be their customer. even if you don’t use any gas. 15 for them to “manage” your account. 45 for them to come (whenever they want) and hook it up. Don’t expect things like this to happen Saturday or Sunday. Wonder what the Bureau of Consumer Protection will respond to this matter. And the BBB
Got a quote for a hot water heater and the quote was great. The salesman was professional and prompt with the quote
The crew who came to our home to install our new realfyre gas fireplace into our existing wood fireplace this past February was truly amazing. It was a difficult job requiring repeated efforts at fishing the gas line down from the attic and into please at the fireplace but the crew kept trying and was finally able to coax the gas line into position to make the connection at the fireplace without doing any demolition or hole cutting. The fireplace is awesome we are very pleased. Great job.
