Best Once Upon a Child store I have visited. The staff is always friendly and I get great deals. I never leave the store without finding something I like for my daughter. I frequent here often to sell my used items and am happy with the service (and money) I receive. Well kept store with nice play area for the kids.

I have a great experience every time I visit. My son has grown out of so many toys, gadgets and clothes it's difficult to keep up! I like the fact that I can go to a place where I can essentially trade my items for ones that are useful to us TODAY. Also, the sales staff is very friendly and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them!
Great store if you have children or are on a budget. I have never been there without finding something I wanted or needed. We have 5 children and at their prices I can afford to splurge on them all.
I was very nicely surprised at the large selection of second-hand items available for sale during my first visit to this store! Based upon my previously horrible experiences at "Play It Again" stores (which are/were owned by the same parent organization way back when), I had always imagined that Once Upon A Child stores would be disorganized, dirty, and have only a limited selection of items available. This store is truly the complete opposite! You would never imagine from outside the store that there was such a variety; before I knew it, I had lost track of time and realized that 3 hours had gone by while I was busy exploring. The store is a little small considering the many products inside, and there are some items that I believe are priced a little high for being second-hand. Also, I found that while you are able to sell your used baby items here, the staff is extremely selective in what they are currently buying, resulting in a lesser-than-expected profit off your old goods. Overall though, I had a good experience here and would definitely recommend this store for the price-conscious and/or simply curious customer.
Good place for certain things but I stop selling bc it seems they are giving less and less for items that are brand new! I recommend using the app offerup! You can sell your items for the price u want !
Very clustered and compact location, they need to move to a much bigger store. The service was ridiculous, they lost the items I had brought in and then tried telling me I didn't drop any off, then when I pointed to the boxes right behind the counter that were mine they all stared at me like a deer in the head lights, and sat there with this "so now what do we do with them?" look on their faces bc they didn't know how to ring me up .... -_- very frustrating visit.

Visited today with four loads of laundry baskets. All gently used boys clothes. They only accepted about 1/4 of my items. Smoke free and stain free and all in very nice condition. I'm actually annoyed that I even bothered to bring my items. They said on my ticket that they declined items due to wearing. As I was shopping I noticed a lot of the clothes they were selling had been more worn out than my items. Pilly pajamas and some dingy looking clothes. Once home I noticed some of the declined clothes still had tags on them! All name brand items too. I don't know who is doing the sorting but I don't think it is very consistent. Also- purchased a toy for my son in a plastic bag. Once home he unwrapped it and it smelled entirely of smoke! Had to bleach it.
