Doctor does not listen or take the needs of our child seriously. Very disappointed! We called in for a prescription diaper rash cream and they called in a cream you can get over the counter less potent than what we have at home. Not the first time we had an issue when what we needed was dismissed.
It takes some time to wait to be seen, but that's the only negative. The doctors are the best in this area. They truly care about families and they do not push medications. In fact, you rarely get any meds. Which is great! Your kids aren't being over medicated and taking antibiotics when they do not need them. If there is an issue, they call you right back, when you get ahold of the off hours dr on call.
The staff is friendly and Dr. Gail is great with kids!! They made my 3 year old feel comfortable.
Thank you Dr. P for squeezing me in at the end of your long day yesterday. Medication is helping already.
