Shelter Insurance was the most awesome place and rhe friendliest place to take yoir insurance needs to. The Lady at the front Desk was kind_, considerate_, and she really explained things well. Overall the office by Valparaiso's Shuttle to Chicago, IL was extremely nice, outgoing, and friendly. If I had more insurance needs _ Id be sure to take them there; another note/ the Office Manager was considerate, and really knew how to follow through making tbe client smile. Well, it is hard to like an insurance company, but I have to admit I like this one. They are responsive, and always ready to fax paperwork to whomever requires it. My premiums are as low as anyone else's, and they are really good at changing things over the phone and mailing me the amendments so that I can keep my coverage current as I buy and sell equipment, or do different types of work. Plus, they have a free Donkey Kong machine in the office.
