We too had a very bad experience. When we went to purchase 55” tv in 2018. They said they will give us some speaker free with latest features by end of February 2019 when someone else purchases the same TV and they will give good recommendations and feedback of this tv to other person so that person purchases and we get free speaker. Now its already March end and there is no sell of this TV in their shop till now, amazing isn’t it. In starting they said that it’ll come from company directly, than replied that we’re trying our best to give you.... but everything in vein and all humbugs only. They are cheaters and liars. They are only interested in selling their products only. Even when we called them frequently for some problems regarding this they replied that we’ve come so many times, how many times do we’ve to come. It’s their duty to sort out customers problem. Finally they sorted out our problems,thank goodness. No good service at all after sales If there was zero rating star than I would have given that only to this store. We’ve been dumbed by this store. Hope this post is read by LG company also so that they also know that to whom they have given the dealership.
