WOW - what an incredible experience working w/Art Landers. I'm leaving this review under the insurance component of his business but his legal expertise is also very deep and I think can be helpful to many. Mr. Landers is first of all very competent - he knows his business and he'll work through every available option to get you the BEST policy. He worked tirelessly to research different companies (we own a property in an area deemed unsafe and thus the insurance had to be purchased through the surplus mkt - a term I never knew about before). There were questions about the property that I didn't know that he was able to research and obtain the information. He's thorough and patient. I always knew I could trust him; that he wasn't just here to sell me an unneeded policy. In fact there was one policy where he said, you don't even need that, you can get that through your builder. Thousands saved right there. I had some other issues going on that had legal ramifications and he would call to check in on how things were going. Not a billable 15 minutes; just one very decent, kind person checking in on someone else. His sage legal guidance was always appreciated. I know so many of our services have moved online and yes it's very efficient but working w/Art Landers has made me feel that there is so much value to working with a local Insurance Broker that is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the insurance market. By the way, did I mention he is a one stop shop. He is also an attorney and CPA. His expertise in all three arenas makes him a powerhouse for the small business owner. At least 5 stars and I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
