I had a great experience with rapid RS my driver was broke down 8 miles from Van Horn, I called them and they helped us right away they towed our truck and fixed it the next day with great service and quick and not expensive at all. I totally recommend Rapid Road Service

I don’t care what the negative reviews say. First hand experience gives them 5 stars from me. I showed up they didn’t have the tire that they thought they had, Loves was like 600 per tire and they could have got me but Karla and Sergio were very inviting. They told me to call Napa down the street and that they would put them on for me. Napa had them, Sergio took me to Napa to get the tires ordered it under his name and got me a discount and no FET tax (brand new tires) put them on no tax and didn’t charge me for the disposal. Genuine people , don’t wait to get to El Paso or Fort Stockton STOP in Van Horn at Rapid Roadside. Sergio I hope I didn’t get you in trouble!
Terrible service. 1. They told me they don't go down unpaved roads so we towed my car back to the main paved road. The driver drove straight past it and onto an unpaved road and and we had to chase him down to show him where car is (he drove right past it). 2. They called me and asked me where to take it to since insurance didn't give them any instructions (extremely unheard of) so the lady called me and I told her caliber collision on montana she then sends the guys to precision auto collision and then told me thats where I told her. I still have the messages. I told her no thats not what I said. She confused her self. They took it to the wrong place and the lady tried arguing with me. Not good customer service especially when I told her where it was to be. Because of this I have been waiting a whole week for my car to be picked up by another tow company so yeaa big issue out of a mistake made by yall and yall had no backlash in it except this review. I hope yall get better customer service and check yalls emails when issued by an insurance company. 3. I was assisted september 3rd 2020
These guys are so professional and nice. I broke down 32 miles away from town and they came and got me. They really went the extra mile when it came to service. I can not say enough good things about them! If you need a tow in the area you should call Rapid Road Service! Also the tow truck was super clean inside and smelled really nice.

Reno was very professional he towed us 519 miles to Fort Worth to Kenworth. Unfortunately the Zurk fitting on our u joint was broken off in transit. I was not aware that they have a statement on their receipt saying that they are not responsible for any damage durning towing. So unfortunately now I face another bill due to the breakage. I would never ask anyone to repair anything that was already broken. But it was not broken before hand. If you can live with the fact. I most certainly will wait for karma for repayment.
Changed tires quickly and effectively
Thankyou so much guys . Very reasonable charge . I had an air leak . They came 40 miles for me as quickly as they could . Was done with the job within 10 minutes. Their name matches their service — RAPID :) highly recommend them .
