Still very well stocked for your pets needs. There was a line to pay but the employees opened extra registers to expidete the customers that needed to pay. Always good customers service here!

Terrible customer service. I will never be shopping here-- or at any Petco location-- ever again. I purchased a somewhat expensive item at this location, and then received the same item as a gift. I was unable to get back to the store within the return window, so I knew I probably wouldn't get my money back. I went back to this location to see if it was possible to at least get store credit, and honestly if they had said no I would have been disappointed but not upset or surprised. The manager told me they couldn't process the return in the store computers unless customer service unlocked the transaction. The manager had a bad attitude when he told me this, but i chalked it up to the holidays and the store being busy that day. I called customer service, spent 30 minutes on hold, and was told I was good to go. I return to the store AGAIN and was told the transaction wasn't unlocked and that I had to call customer service AGAIN and return to the store AGAIN, which is absurd. At this point they should be offering to call customer service to straighten this out for me -- they weren't even busy. Long story short: if they had told me up front I couldn't return the item for store credit that would have been fine. But don't make me return to the store 3 times and call customer service multiple times on a ridiculous wild goose hunt. I've been a good customer and have spent a lot of money here, and I expected better treatment. From now on I'm only shopping at Chewy.com.
Very helpful staff, obviously interested in having you get the best for your pet. Fair, not great, prices. Very wide selection of pet foods; as expected, online selection of products is far greater than what they can have it wired to in stock.
Nice and clean store! Great employees and grooming salon. They always have everything I need.
I’ve been here twice and both times they didn’t have what I was looking for even though it was on their website. They don’t restock often enough so many of the tanks and cages are empty. It is a nice store though and the isles are always organized and kept clean. They don’t have a variety of equipment for fish. And keep in mind they are always 30% more expensive than other stores selling the same items. There’s always plenty of parking and a target store is across the street.
Staff pointed me to the wild bird feeders and I found the exact one I wanted and checked out with no problems
