I’m so glad I stopped in. Found the Maserati I was looking for. Selection was huge compared to other dealerships. Sami, the finance manger was amazing through the process. Step by step was easy and hassle free. I was also helped by Evelyn in finance. She was super professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

The sales team is great but it is one person that ruins the whole tribe! Hope you never have to deal with the service department! Zero quality of service! you take the car there with one issue and you get it back with a few more! Make sure to inspect and take a picture of your cars before dropping for service both inside and out! The do not care about these cars whatsoever, put extra damages to your car and deny it at the end! The put tears on my dashboard and scratches on the info cluster LCD of the car and totally denied it! They supposedly fixed my leaky differential but after a week I have oil spills on my garage from the same spot of differential! Took it back and they took a look and said they can't see a leak! Well the techs that can't fix an issue the first time and add more damages to the car obviously may not see a leak in clear day! They told me to take my car to another dealership as they do not want to fix it and sent me away with a leaky differential. I will upload the pictures here and you readers be the judge if there is a leak or not!

When I first got to this dealership it was very nice and the cars there were very high end. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle I was asked if I needed help. I notified them that I had an appointment and located my sales person Jonathan. Jonathan was very polite and told me he was currently busy (since I got there earlier than my appointment time) but Vega could gladly assist us. Vega was really helpful since the beginning, we test drive the car I wanted and proceeded inside for the pricing. All the time Vega explained everything and the process was simple. When we got to the sales manager for our contract Danni helped us out. He definitely is the best. Took care of us and made sure we had the best possible payment available. This will be my third time buying a car and I can say it was the easiest and best price for my vehicle. Thank you Russell Westbrook Alfa Romeo team you guys are fantastic!! (:

My mom and I went to the dealership because the lease on her vehicle was up. The staff was very friendly . They offered us some water and a comfortable place to sit because we all know when you purchase a car it takes a while. Our sales guy Luis was super nice. He went the extra mile to make sure my mom got to car she wanted. Evelyn was the nicest one. She had the patients to answer my moms questions. She took the time to explain everything to my mom which made her feel really comfortable.
