From the beginning, when I was being checked and tested for information to be used in my diagnosis, the staff was one of the most professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. A very cheerful, knowledgeable and professional assistant kept me informed every step of the way. The doctor was extremely professional and communicated clearly every step of the way. The staff here is so wonderful. I went in for a cross-linking procedure, very anxious and a bit nervous. The staff were very welcoming and gave the utmost care in everything. Dr Swan came out and introduced himself before we started. He described each step of the procedure in detail of what would be happening vso there were no surprises. That helped a lot. Prep nurse Amanda and Dr Swan's assistant Madison were completely awesome during the entire process. I am going back next month for the other eye and am so not nervous at all this time and totally ready and excited to get this done.

I’m seeing Dr Witt for a corneal ulcer and he’s being so thorough to make sure he finds the root cause of it and helps me regain most of my sight back with steroidal and antibiotic eye drops. He takes me seriously and listens to me about my concerns and is incredibly invested in helping me, to the point where he asks for opinions or ideas about my case with other professionals in the field that he has worked with in the past. Incredibly thankful, especially since the last place I went to made me lose hope in regaining a lot of sight back because of the scar tissue in the middle of my cornea.

The entire staff made me feel welcomed, safe, and informed. I knew what the LASIK procedure would be like ahead of time, so I didn’t ask too many questions, but if I had had them they would have been readily answered. Dr. Swan reached out to me personally via text after the procedure and answered any follow-up questions I had with professionalism and sincerity. It was all so easy and quick that I feel like I didn’t even get a chance to thank everyone properly. Dr. Swan, you are fantastic, and to all the rest who I can’t recall (I’m terrible with names but there’s a Madison that prefers Maddy/Maddie in there somewhere), I thank you from the bottom of my heart. To all others reading this review: these people know what they are doing, and they will take good care of you. And I now have slightly better-than 20-15 vision, so if you’re asking yourself if it’s worth it... it is.
