Absolute Roof Solutions just completed the roof replacement on our home. I'm delighted to say that every aspect of my involvement with the company--from initial quote to final cleanup and walk-through--has been extremely positive. Ken responded to my request for a quote. In that and in overseeing the job he was professional, courteous, and happy to answer my questions. It was a tricky job that could have been handled in more than one way and Ken outlined the pros and cons of the options in a way that made making the final decision straightforward. Moe, the job foreman, was very professional and made me feel comfortable with what would be happening each day. The crew members were all very nice. They left the property tidy at the end of every day and their final cleanup was very thorough. I was impressed that Ken personally checked in with me every afternoon to see how things were going and to answer any questions. The new roof looks incredible and I'm very happy with it. I don't think I could have had a better experience and I highly recommend Absolute Roof Solutions.

I had this company replace my roof years ago. Each fall, my roof leaks. My floor is getting ruined, and the multiple leaks are disastrous. Gregory Scrimbit has come by to do nothing except tell me 'there's issues up there'. Do not hire this company! I'm a single mother with an adopted boy, who requires a great deal of my attention, not to mention my long work days at home. Beware of this company. The owner doesn't care. I'm preparing my lawsuit!
Wow! I called the emergency line at about 1:45 pm and talked to Garth. I explained to him that our roof was leaking and if they could come look at it. He asked for information, told me what the minimum amount would be, told me what the options would be and then advised me that he would be able to be at my place between 3:30 - 4 pm. Not only was I not expecting them to be available until much later or even tomorrow but Garth and Carlos showed up exactly when they said they would. They went to have a look and said they would need to tarp it but then realized they didn't have enough wood. So they did one area, then left to get more wood and came back to finish getting it done. They were friendly and efficient. Their service was great and they didn't leave any garbage behind. Truly impressed with Garth, Carlos and Absolute Roof Solutions. Highly recommend calling them in an emergency but hopefully unlike us, before it gets to that stage.
On a very rainy day we had two leaks spring up. I called here and they were out at my place within two hours. Quote provided upfront for the emergency fix on a Saturday night, reasonable price. Garth came and fixed one. The second one wasn't a roof leak at all, but Garth the technician still took the time to look and make some recommendations. He took time to give some advice about dealing with the moisture in the house too. Booked him to do the permanent fix and I am confident we will continue to be happy.
Much appreciate with Grey and his partner's works. They had done a maintain job on our tile roof about 6 months ago; and they did a recent fix of a leaking around one of the skylights. In both tasks, He provided a thorough inspection, wrote down a comprehensive task list, together with snapshots of where the issues were and what and how these issues were to be resolved. He then came back with a quotation. He worked with his office and allowed the office to schedule himself to come by for the actual work. He also followed up with calls to make sure we understand the processes. Both my wife and myself are happy with the services provided. Thank you Grey, and your co-worker (Calros?). Have a nice day.
