I have worked with Actis Project on multiple job sites and have been more than happy with the level of detail, knowledge and quality that was performed on a daily basis. Their vast knowledge of city code requirements, on hand experience and management skills, exceeded my expectations throughout each project. They were organized and delivered all of the requested information within a promised timeline. I would highly recommend this team of professionals and look forward to working with them in the future.
The Actis team helped us with renovations of our bathroom and family room. Ian and his partner were always mindful of the timeline, and regularly paid on site visits, to ensure that work in progress were on time, and up to our expectations. We were so comfortable with this team that we even took a small vacation during the process. Upon our return, everything was done to perfection, and no mess for us to clean up. There will be no hesitation to contract them for future projects.
We would definitely recommend Actis Projects and Ian Gray, who took great care and attention in the work they did on our renovation project that basically revamped the top two floors of our home. They changed beams, doors, arranged venting, plumbing, lighting, rebuilt our deck and worked with our cabinet maker to get things right. During our reno there were times when we wondered if things were going to work out, but Ian managed the details (big and small), reassured us and kept us up to date. Ian was easy going, very easy to work with, and ensured that the work was of high quality. The renovation made our old house new - we are very happy with how everything turned out.
