They helped me lots, I've never had any problems at all the staff are excellent. During this COVID-19 Staff have been going above and beyond there job titles by far. They are making all our live easier during this time as well as maintain there own and there family's life. So thank you Al Mitchell Staff for your hard work and dedication.

Staff were very helpful, very understanding, and considering the type of people they deal with frequently, quite pleasant. I was there for a few weeks, and can say I did not once have an issue with anyone there. Although thats not to say there was not people staying there I who could not have been problematic, it is after all a shelter. Clean living quarters. Decent food.
Amazing staff at this Lookout location. The kitchen staff are volunteers and are so awesome.
