I had a good experience there. It's clean, well secured and easy to access as they had 3 hugh loading bays that can fit 10t trucks. Their promotion is the reason why I went there. Good price.

I've never gotten a storage facility before this, so I don't have much to compare it to. But I can tell you that it was super easy to move into and out of, and the manager, Alfred, was so helpful. More than once, he went out of his way to make my life easier and help me when he definitely didn't need to. He seems like just a genuinely good guy. The place was clean, easy to access, efficiently run, and overall made my move so much easier than normal. Plus, if you're on the 7th floor, it's such a great and unique view of the city.
Secure and well-maintained facility run by wonderful and attentive staff! Parking is easily accessible and always available allowing for hassle-free use of the loading bay. Alfred, the manger, could not have been more friendly and accommodating and was always on-call to lend a hand. Thank you!
This storage facility is very conveniently located near downtown. Large loading bay for all our moving trucks (we had 5). They have 2 large freight elevators and comparable prices to other storage facilities. The manager Alfred is super friendly and helpful. There are dollies available for use and have boxes & packing supplies for sale. All lockers are individual alarmed with your own access code. Facility is 100% secure. Highly recommended!
Exceptional storage facility - professional staff, very hands on, especially their Manager Alfred. He made the process extra smooth. I rarely feel inclined to write a review however, our experience was A1. Ease of access, parking, drive right up to the loading docks, many Dollys, clinically clean floors/lockers and great location. Very friendly people, good location, plenty of parking and almost never busy. Beautiful views of the North Shore also! Alfred the manager was great to deal with also! Facility is very clean with lots of dollies to help move your items to and from the locker. Highly recommended!
Quick response and very flexible, the manager Alfred was even able to accommodate signing me up on a holiday which was greatly appreciated. Despite being in the downtown east side the facility feels safe and secure, it is well lit, and is beside a complex with subway and Starbucks. They have a great deal going on, no contract length was required and when I asked if I was committed to that specific size locker for a certain number of months Alfred advised that they were being flexible in light of recent world events. I've used the All City Storage facility for my business and they're our preferred storage provider. With very little noticed we required a temporary warehouse solution and they met and exceeded all of our expectations. We were able to have our staff come and go as needed, accessing our unit on demand. This facility is a short drive (7 mins or less) from our office. There are 3 loading bays (can accommodate trucks with/without lifts and even a 52' trailer) and there's free parking. You'll find two large capacity freight elevators, carts, dollies and a pallet jack; all available to use free of charge. We highly recommend them to both businesses and individuals looking for a clean/secure/well priced facility within minutes from downtown.
