A good friend referred me to Jeff Allester to undertake the structural design of an addition to our wilderness lodge. I had pretty specific ideas about the design, and Jeff was very flexible and understanding of my needs. He had the patience to decipher my amateur drawings, and the expertise to verify all the details and make sure the whole project was sound. We have now succesfully completed the structural/framing inspection, and I am one happy customer! Jeff has been a pleasure to work with, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. When I had more questions about my invoice, she looked at me like I owed her a million dollars. Absolutely terrible customer service!
