My friend recommended their services over a year ago. So, I contacted them for a quote and they said that they would give me one. After that they just stopped corresponding with me. I emailed them a year later to see if they had the quote yet and they never answered. If they don't want to do the job they could have just told me so.

Friendly, professional and prompt service yet very reasonable price. I contacted them for quotes to repair awning windows in a commercial building that were not closing properly thus water was leaking inside. I've sent them pictures through e-mail but they contacted me to schedule appointment to have a technician come over to check the problems. We had five windows with the same problem but one window was under cover so no water was leaking inside. Technician was not pushy at all trying to sell service and gave us quotes for four windows that we wanted to have fixed. Even when he left and told me the quote will be e-mailed, he was not pushy at all and told me to sign the quote only if I am satisfied with the price. I requested quotes from other window repair services, but Angel Glass had the cheapest price and the best customer service out of all that I have contacted. Before receiving the quotes, I was already deciding to proceed with Angel Glass even if their quotes were higher than the others, but they beat the other estimates. They were able to come repair the window right next day and leaky windows were fixed. Technician took his shoes off without asking when he noticed the floor was covered with tatami mats for martial arts and cleaned up the floor with broom after the job was completed. He made sure that I check the jobs at the end of work to make sure the problems are fixed. Best price and customer service - there is nothing I can complain about Angel Glass and I highly recommend them.

The team did a excellent job in replacing foggy windows, repairing sliding door tracks, as well as stuck window tracks. They were prompt and efficient in attending to these problems and the quality of their work was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone seeking professional standards and reasonable price. Special commendations to Tuyet, the technician, who showed commitment in a follow-up visit.
Used them to get replace a broken window in a condo a bit more than a year ago. They came once to take measurements and another time to replace the window. Did the job well. I would use them again.
