I have been going to Arbutus Laser Centre since February 2019 and have been waiting until I finished my treatments before writing a review. I went in for 9 sessions of laser hair removal in total (7 treatments for bikini area, and 9 treatments for my armpits). Yes I still have few hairs left over as laser hair removal does not remove 100%, but they are very fine and so few they require almost no management. My first consult was done with Amy who did half of my sessions, and the other half were done by Linh (simply due to my own schedule, the clinic usually tries to book you with the same technician). I had a great experience with both ladies - they get the job done quickly and will tell you if they can make any more progress with your hair removal, or if you've reached the endpoint. This is nice because you don't have to pay for a bunch of sessions at once, you just pay for them as you get them. The staff at Arbutus Laser were very experienced, kind, and professional in all my encounters with them. I would definitely recommend.

Got my armpits laser treatment done by Amy and she pays so much attention to detail and helps the process feel quick and painless (and that says a lot because my pain tolerance is very low)! The receptionist are friendly as well. I definitely will be back again soon to get other areas treated. I live almost an hour away but I don't mind because I know I'm getting great quality work done here.

I recently have been going here for laser genesis on my skin for redness, acne and even scaring. I’ve done 3 treatments with Anna and Mimi and they’re just amazing. So kind and welcoming, the entire staff was as well. I’ve noticed so many positive results that I didn’t think I would get this fast. The redness has gone down significantly and my acne and scarring is barely visible now. Even the oil reduction has gone down and overall texture of my skin is so much smoother. I highly recommend!
