My cat couldn't urinate last Saturday, so I brought him in. Dr Naresh Pascal asked me to choose either taking the cat home or stay overnight in the hospital for treatment. I love my cat very much, of course I let him stay. At this time, he had already thought of a sky-high price for me to pay. He let my cat stay in the hospital for three days. He has gone through some expected fees with me, but when I saw the bill, I asked him why it costs 650 for medications and monitoring for 3 days. And what exactly did they do? He could not explain to me at all. He kept telling me that I have signed the contract so I agreed to the price. If that 650 includes special services for my cat like medical care, injection, etc. I can totally understand. I told him if someone repairs something for his home without proper explanations, how would that make him feel? He still replied with the same answer, you agreed and signed the contract, didn't you? I said as an veterinarian, he obviously takes advantage of pet owners when they are most vulnerable. We love our pets and will do whatever to help them. He shows no care to my cat either. Very unethical veterinarian. As you can see there are a lot of bad reviews on Google. Some of their experience are very similar to mine. If your pet does not have a critical condition, it is okay to go to this veterinary hospital such as regular checkup. I went to this hospital because it is a 24-hour service and very close to home. I hope everyone will be careful. I didn't give one star because front desk people were actually caring, patient and helpful. My bill was 1667.86...

I took my dog there as walk-in patient. It was the only veterinarian in close to downtown that was allowing the pet's owner getting inside. Dr. Victoria was super attentive and emphatic with my dog and us.

Best all round vet place I've taken my 2 bengal cats Taz and Tigger to. I love the concept of 24 hours, walk in, no appointment needed - because all the bad things seem to happen when I least expect it, and mostly at night and 2 in the morning lol. Their wait times are not long as they always seem to have the right number of staff on hand at that particular time. 24/7 is actually 24/7 - every day - Christmas, New Years, Family Day Weekends, whenever, they never close shop, ready for whatever bad things happen. Plus they don't charge emergency fees, it's reasonable pricing and great service round the clock. We've seen mostly Dr Gurnam Kundlas, and Dr Bhular. Dr Kundlas mostly because if our cats have problems, they choose to have them in the middle of the night lol. Other places I can't even see a vet right away, and have to make an appointment for 2 or 3 days later, waiting for a vet visit while my cat gets more and more ill, but not here! Also they took great care of Tigger while he was sick and stayed for three days there hospitalized, and let us visit him each day. Tigger's doing really great now, and back to his healthy self. Oh, and not to forget about Rambo and Firefly two huge playful cats I look forward to seeing each time, they make the vet visit feel less brutal for sure. Recently seen Dr Victoria - she's really good.

My husband & I are happy with Dr. Greywal. He is really good with our cat and very experienced. He gave me an antibiotic for my kitten and she got well with the medicine. The staff were so good and friendly. My shoulders were hurting and I couldn't carry my cat's kennel so I asked the staff to help me and they did for in and out. The clinic is very clean, and the atmosphere is so friendly. Not to mention that the visit fee is affordable for our budget. I also referred also my daughter to take her cat there and she was happy with the excellent service there.

I brought my cat here to be neutered (laser) and he healed really quickly. the price was reasonable and low. They don't even need an appointment you can just drop by before 10am for the neutering service
