I ABSOLUTELY LOVE having the privilege to witnessed how Gavin & Guy, grew Averra from a seed in the mind, to what it is today. The team they have working for the clients best interest has taken over a decade to form. The vison they envision for the home you want, is no doubt their priority, all of them! They are all working like a well oiled machine. I can name everyone, they know who they are. although the ones that are not named in this review, remain behind the curtain! This would not be able to happen without you! Growing pains happen, and to take on the challenge to keep growing is a true test of will and compassion, for both People and Businesses alike! We bought an Averra built home in 2012. It was in a new build 3 unit strata project in Vancouver. The quality of work and attention to detail was superb. They do not take shortcuts and truly care about the end user and the quality that goes into their builds. We would not hesitate one bit in recommending Averra Developments to anyone looking to build a new home, renovating a home or purchasing a home built by them.
Averra is an amazing team to work with. They’re flexible, organized, efficient, communicative, and professional every step of the way. When a challenging situation arises, they’re quick to do the due diligence needed to understand the implications and to propose viable solutions. They are honest about what they don’t know, and are open-minded and creative in investigating alternative options. Above all, they are pleasant and good-natured humans to be around and that I trust my home and family with. They have made the typically stressful nature of construction much less so for us.
The Averra team was instrumental in bringing the complete renovation of our town home to life. The Averra team was very approachable and easy to communicate with off the start. They conscientiously handled all the details of the process from start to finish and all of the sub contractors on site were reliable, professional and detailed in their work.
