Where do I even begin, my first telephone booking with this company pulled a no show. After they apologized and offered a credit I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked them to come again. They arrived a few minutes late and didn’t start since they had to relocate their car . This by far shocked me, the two cleaners entered my home with their shoes ON! they continued to walk around my house while they settled in with them on. I didn’t say anything since I was mindful that they would be cleaning my floors anyways. Btw I have an 8 month old baby, with Covid and all the other germs it’s important to keep my house clean of them! Not have my cleaners who charge 45/hr each cleaner enter and bring those germs in with them! Anyways upon their finishing work they were packing up and to my shock placed their shoes on inside my home and walked around again in them! On top of it after they left I did a walk through and for the price I paid this level was no ok. Now I’m on my hands and knees cleaning up after my cleaners! Please see the photos of what was not cleaned! This is only a few things. I do have to mention though that they are very polite and that any miscommunication was addressed calmly. My stove top was wonderfully cleaned.But there’s a level of clean you expect when you hire professionals who charge 45/grand I had two of them!

Please be aware! The owner/operator Christina will try to over bill you. Blame you for their mistake. Extremely poor service. She will bully you.
Fast, quick and affordable. House looks amazing, customer service was top notch. Two experienced, hard working cleaners came and left my house sparkling with no corner cutting.
Mauricio and Anna were so professional and did a fantastic job! They were mindful about all the little things and I could trust them 100% to do the job well! So glad I chose this service! Highly recommended especially if you want a thorough job done!
Beware of this owner, Oliver. He will try and overbill you and blame it on you. Doesn't admit fault, then tries to get confrontational with you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Staff are nice and good. Owner not so much. I believe he reaps the benefits of the revenue but treats and pays his staff poorly!
Its very nice company. They give best services for al commercial and personal cleaning. They hire good cleaners and providing nice and fair services. Appreciate their work. Highly recommend others to work with them.
I was really pleased with my experience with Bentley. They had the type of cleaning service I wanted on the schedule that I wanted. They do a top-notch job at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
