Practically all parts and accessories listed as \in stock\ on their website but missing stock at physical store. Was given the run around by multiple staff including a suggestion to pay up front for it first with no foreseeable date to receive it. Do your customers a favor and teach the staff to be honest with your customers by passing consistent information, 3 different employees 3 different stories, along with keeping an updated online inventory would really help customers keep faith in your word.
Amazing experience - friendly and knowledgeable staff, covid-safe in-store, stellar product selection and competitive prices, super fast shipping thru Xmas - came in to get new wheels, staff working walked me through bearing maintenance and were super helpful throughout, ended up happily leaving with more than I came for. Can't recommend enough.
