I never write reviews but the staff were incredibly rude. They refused to check if they had a pair of shoes in the store and I heard them laughing at me while I shopped. I came in planning to buy shoes from there but ended up leaving because they were so rude - I bought the shoes at the Pacific Centre location, the staff there are WAY more friendly. Unless you want to be stereotyped, I would avoid this location.

Always worth a peruse... Quiet...Educated floor staff...An interesting selection...albeit somewhat depleted in these thin trying times...
Bad service. Give me a defect shoes without check . It was last one. So I asked to other locations but they tell me that you must pay in here .and pick up there .lol
