If there was any below 1 star I would do that . Canada customs clearance on main st . I purchased something overseas and when I went to get it cleared from customs I was called by a lady officer name chouqette. I have worked as a government agent for many years and been in customer service for over 25!, but by far the worse out of worse experience I had. I do not know if she was discriminated against me but her attitude was extremely rude. I gave her my documents and without explanation she made me wait there 30 mins and started doing something else then she came back and asked me to wait for hour while we check something. I waited over 2 Hours and she comes back tells me I have to call cfia to get a permit. My whole day was shot as I drover 2 Hours of drive. I called cfia next day and they said customs made mistake because we do not get involved with peronal Heath products. I was so shocked and I called customs back explaining what I was told by cfia and they tell me to bring my papers back and talk to superintendent I took another day off and drove out again ended up with same rude , miserable person chouquette and I explained her what cfia said Again I was told that it was in cfia hands , there is nothing I can do. Long story short I lost over 1500 product. 2 days off work , because of this rude’ rascist officer who should not be working there as she gives bad reputation to the whole Canada custom service agents.

Is there a referendum place that I could vote out CBSA? I was born Canadian and have Canadian passport, but that female guard was a racist. She insulted me with racial comments. Saying I am not white to declare as a Canadian. I said I traveled abroad, and she laughed at me saying I did not travel abroad, saying I was just ‘going back to home country’, ‘and Canada is not your home’, although I do have a Canadian passport! I said I traveled abroad because it’s illegal to false declare other country as home county for Canadian passport holders, not because I prefer being a Canadian! CBSA high schoolers were terrible! Like what? If you are not white, you are not born in Canada? What’s the logic?
