I have known Angela M at the Alexander building on Bidwell Street in Vancouver, for about 5 years. During this time, she has always been professional , courteous, kind and always willing to help. We live at Westwood in Coquitlam. The staff here do a very good job ensuring the safety and security of the building. Ash and Henry are always very friendly and helpful whenever we need help with anything!
I like the staff in our building, specifically Deepak. I actually think they deal with a lot of flack from residents here and for that I feel bad for them. Our elevators were a mess in the building and I know they had to answer a million questions and deal with a million complaints. I found Deepak was very informative. I think people forget that they aren’t strata so if you have an issue go to your landlord or strata (strata sucks here at Park Avenue). Thanks for all the hard work Deepak!
