Overall very good communication throughout the printing process. The prices are reasonable too, especially when making bulk orders. However, there is room for improvement. The text printed on the back for black shirts have weird misprint or ink residues from other shirts and it really affects the aesthetic appeal of the shirt. Without it I would give a 4.5-5 star, but I can’t overlook this glaring mistake.

I had a very complex embroidery design and short timeline, and they were able to deliver ahead of time, and kept up the constant communication through every step. Completely and extremely satisfied with this company. I was designing and ordering the grad sweaters for my class and not only do they have very sensible prices, but they are fairly quick and good quality. Everyone loved the design, fabric, embroidery, and price. Shoutout to Clayton for helping me so much. He answered very fast and was very helpful. This company was very easy to talk with and they keep you updated throughout the whole process of your order. Any questions that I had they had an answer. I would totally recommend to go through Coastal Reign if you are looking for a company to print your designs. They have a wide selection to choose from and will do their very best to make sure you get what you want. If I could give them more stars I definitely would because they deserve it.

Website was easy to use and quick to design my products. Customer service was also great. The print process was a little longer then I'd have hoped for but it worked out good. All around super happy with the process and the final product.
