I wish I could give zero stars. If you love your family and want them to live, please do not allow RN Danielle to take care of your loved one(s), she is the absolute worst. There is a special place in hell for a person like her!

I only have wonderful things to say about the care our dad got at the Hospice house, everyone was kind and caring, they made sure the family was ok as well being kind and compassionate while caring for dad. Thank you...

Very gentle, kind, and caring. They h rd led me understand my mother's Lewybody dementia and how to comfort her. She was not coughing in pain and agony of her lungs filling up with fluid, forced to take pills and eat. Instead she was being bathed and kept clean and warm. She is able to sleep and rest until her time comes, instead of being forced to do things she did not want to do. They explained to me what to expect, at their facility and took good care of her. I got to spend private time with her praying and reading. Sharing comforting verses from the Word of God. Praying with her from her Creator that it was her time to go see Him and her other family. They are doing a great job.

The hospice team was kind, concerned, very professional and the expertise of every team member was crystal clear. They answered our questions and other questions we hadn't thought of yet. One team member drove to our home at night twice during ferocious rainstorms. They made it possible for my husband to pass at home, treated him respectfully though he was mostly not conscious and stayed with us compassionately \after.\ I can't say enough good things.

The nursing care is outstanding, but both they and the social worker led me to believe I could get help from caregivers, without telling me Dad’s condition could only be assessed M-F 8-5 prior to getting help, so when I called Friday noon they told me Dad couldn’t be assessed until Monday sometime. I was told if Dad’s condition deteriorated further I could have him transported to the care center, but when I called on Sunday evening they refused to come get him until some time Monday. They left me to fend for myself during the most critical time, when Dad was distressed and in pain I couldn’t manage, and at the end of his life. I was left to navigate his last 72 hours with no help except a 20 minute nurse visit Saturday, the same on Sunday, a comprehensive nurse visit Monday at 10 AM, transport to the Care Center early afternoon, and finally Dad passing away about 4 pm that day. I’ll never forget how abandoned and alone and inadequate and stressed I felt - the exact opposite of what you’re promised by this organization. They failed us miserably, and left me with some very unpleasant memories for the rest of my life.
